Hardware, Fasteners, and Sealing Products
Bolts, nuts, screws, washers, brackets, gaskets, O-rings, and pipe fittings for DLA Maritime, DLA Aviation, and military maintenance commands.
An SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) serving federal, state, and local government buyers — with commercial off-the-shelf hardware, electrical, medical, and industrial supplies delivered direct to destination through authorized U.S. manufacturers and small-business distributors, and with facilities, grounds, and trade services performed as prime contractor through vetted local subcontractors.
Columbus Quartermaster serves government buyers in two lanes: commodity supply and facility services. On supply, we source COTS products from authorized U.S. manufacturers and small-business distributors and coordinate manufacturer-direct fulfillment to government destinations under FOB Destination terms — a lean operating model that translates to faster lead times and competitive pricing.
On services, the Company bids as prime contractor and performs through vetted local subcontractors — janitorial and grounds upkeep, snow removal, waste collection, trucking and transport, and building-trade repair and maintenance — holding the contract and providing quality oversight and a single point of accountability to the buyer.
The Company is built for response speed and pricing discipline. Lean overhead means sharp quotes without layered distributor margins. Manufacturer-direct sourcing means lead times limited only by the manufacturer's stock position. And a broad, multi-vertical capability means we move quickly on end-of-fiscal-year procurement surges, emergency requirements, and short-fuse buys where speed and price decide the award.
The Company is registered in SAM.gov, holds an active UEI and CAGE code, and is structured to accept federal purchase orders, BPA call orders, and state and local government contracts — as supplier of record on commodity buys and as prime contractor on services — under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures.
Commodity supply plus facility and trade services, across federal, state, and local procurement.
Bolts, nuts, screws, washers, brackets, gaskets, O-rings, and pipe fittings for DLA Maritime, DLA Aviation, and military maintenance commands.
Centrifugal and hydraulic pumps, motors, bearings, valves, and general-purpose machinery parts under DLA small-buy procedures.
Cable assemblies, connectors, transformers, power supplies, relays, switches, wiring devices, and lighting equipment.
Surgical instruments, surgical appliances, electromedical equipment, and hospital consumables for VA, DOD, and Indian Health Service facilities.
Vehicle filters, hoses, automotive components, HVAC equipment, and lighting fixtures for installation and maintenance customers.
Quote development under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, brand-name and equal-to specification matching, country-of-origin documentation, and proof-of-delivery coordination.
Janitorial and custodial, landscaping and grounds upkeep, snow removal, waste collection and remediation, and trucking and transport support — performed through vetted, similarly situated local subcontractors.
General building trades, roofing, paving, and facility repair and maintenance — delivered prime-plus-subcontractor, with CQM holding the contract and providing quality oversight and single-point accountability.
Columbus Quartermaster is structured to respond to federal solicitations under FAR Parts 12 and 13 simplified acquisition procedures. We accept GPC, EFT, and other standard payment methods, and deliver FOB Destination with proof-of-delivery on every order.
As an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Columbus Quartermaster is eligible for federal SDVOSB and VOSB set-asides in addition to Total Small Business set-asides. We compete as a non-manufacturer under FAR 19.102(f) and 13 CFR 121.406, sourcing the products of small-business manufacturers where required, and supplying under SBA class waivers where granted. We do not claim manufacturing capability we do not have, and we will not bid past our supplier's ability to deliver. On services set-asides, we perform in compliance with the limitations on subcontracting, teaming with similarly situated local subcontractors where required.
Quote turnaround on commodity solicitations is typically 24–72 hours, with direct principal communication on every quote, status update, and resolution — no call queues, no account rotation.
