What we do.
Columbus Quartermaster operates as a commodity broker for government buyers. We source COTS products from authorized U.S. manufacturers and small-business distributors, then deliver direct to government destinations through a drop-ship logistics model — no warehousing, no middle-handling, no markup layers.
The Company is built for response speed and pricing discipline. Single-operator overhead means aggressive quotes without layered distributor margins. A drop-ship fulfillment model means lead times limited only by the manufacturer's stock position. And an opportunistic, multi-vertical posture means we can engage with end-of-fiscal-year procurement surges, emergency requirements, and any commodity lane where lean fulfillment delivers competitive value.
The Company is active in SAM.gov, holds an established UEI and CAGE code, and is structured to accept federal purchase orders, BPA call orders, and state and local government contracts under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures.

Columbus Quartermaster is structured to respond to federal solicitations under FAR Parts 12 and 13 simplified acquisition procedures. We accept Government Purchase Card, EFT, ACH, and Net 30 terms, and deliver FOB Destination with proof-of-delivery on every order.
We compete on Total Small Business set-asides as a non-manufacturer under FAR 19.102(f) and 13 CFR 121.406, sourcing the products of small-business manufacturers where required, and supplying under SBA class waivers where granted. We do not claim manufacturing capability we do not have, and we do not bid past a supplier's verified ability to deliver.

Columbus Quartermaster LLC is founded and led by Nicholas Barber, a former U.S. Army Ranger. The Company combines disciplined operational execution with a lean cost structure to deliver competitive value to government buyers across multiple commodity verticals.
The Company was formed in Ohio in May 2021 and registered as a foreign LLC in New Jersey in April 2026. Operations are headquartered in the New York metropolitan area, with nationwide drop-ship delivery capability.
